is the Blue Knob next to a water it reflects in?

No, it isn't-- I thought of a triangle, but it didn't seem right for Blue Knob, which is a low, sprawling mountain among smaller mountains. With a lozenge, we might be seeing one of its arms coming toward us, or maybe two closer mountains are obscuring parts of its base.
